2) Service Scope & Process
Our process includes review & planning (1–3 business days), targeted dispute submissions, and monitoring/build guidance. Timelines vary (~30–120 days). Outcomes are not guaranteed.

3) Client Responsibilities
- Provide ID and required documents via the secure portal only.
- Maintain an active Credit Hero Score account for 3-bureau reports.
- Create and provide CFPB login credentials for escalations.
- Monitor communications and avoid contacting bureaus directly.
4) Payments & Billing
We accept Debit, Credit, Zelle, and Cash App. Full upfront payment is required to activate services and assign a team to your case.
5) Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable once services begin.
- Submit review requests within 10 business days to [email protected].
- No guarantees of score increases or specific deletions.
6) Service Limits
Each engagement includes up to three dispute rounds or six months of service, whichever comes first. Renewals or returning-client discounts may apply.
7) Communications
Office hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (ET). Updates are sent via the portal, email, SMS, or calls. Do not respond directly to bureau letters—upload them to the portal.
8) Privacy & Security
We use secure systems and share data only with essential processors (e.g., payments). Uploads must go through the secure portal.
9) Dispute Resolution
Before filing claims, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing [email protected]. Unresolved matters may proceed to small-claims court or binding arbitration, as applicable.
