1) Overview
Meta Fiscal is committed to high-quality service delivered with integrity and transparency. This policy explains how payments, refunds, and related matters are handled. Please read carefully before engaging our services.
Summary Payments become non-refundable once services begin. You may submit a formal review request for service concerns; remedies, if any, are at Meta Fiscal’s sole discretion.
2) Non-Refundable Services
All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Credit remediation requires labor, administrative time, and third-party resources that begin immediately upon onboarding.
3) Service Start & Onboarding
- Services commence upon receipt of payment and completion of all required onboarding documentation.
- Clients must provide accurate information and keep communication channels open throughout the engagement.
4) Service Review Requests
If you believe there was a service failure or error, you may submit a formal review request within ten (10) business days of the incident to [email protected]. We will review the request case-by-case and, if warranted, may offer a partial credit or remedy at our discretion.
5) Client Participation
- Submit requested documents promptly via the secure portal.
- Avoid applying for new credit or taking actions that could interfere with the dispute process.
- Monitor your email and portal regularly for updates and instructions.
6) No Guarantee of Outcomes
Meta Fiscal does not guarantee specific outcomes, credit score increases, or removal of any particular items. Results vary based on individual credit profiles and the responsiveness of bureaus and creditors.
7) Service Limits
Each engagement includes up to three (3) dispute rounds or up to six (6) months of service, whichever occurs first. After this limit, additional work requires a new engagement. Returning clients may be eligible for a discount when addressing items previously handled.
8) Termination of Service
We may discontinue services if a client fails to comply with the terms, provides false information, or engages in any form of harassment or abuse toward our staff.
9) Chargeback Policy
Important: Any chargebacks made after a client has signed a valid Meta Fiscal contract without evidence of a mutually acknowledged breach may result in Meta Fiscal reporting a negative credit event to the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion). This may adversely affect the client’s credit score.
If you have a concern, please use the Service Review Request process first so we can resolve it quickly and avoid unnecessary escalation.
10) How to Request a Review
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Service Review Request”.
- Include: your full name, the date of the incident, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documents.
- We will acknowledge receipt and provide next steps. If a remedy is warranted, it will be offered at our sole discretion.
